The location of La Terrazza Palace was perfect for exploring Palermo. I was delighted to find that the family who runs the B&B were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even arranged for a convenient airport pickup, seamless and efficient. My room was beautifully decorated and I loved having a terrace to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. The attention to detail in the room, including secure access and a high-tech shower, was excellent. I appreciated the gesture of the manager offering me a breakfast to take with me since I had to leave early in the morning.

Great location. Building nicer inside. Well-kept, decorated room, but veranda being restored. Satisfying breakfast. Good sound insulation. Friendly staff. Room with modern decor, safe. Family helpful. Spacious, large bed, good bathroom, balcony. Close to best ice cream shop, Opera House. Central with easy access to historical sites. Trustworthy local food shop nearby.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. Attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal, as it is very close to the old city's sightseeing attractions and just a short walk from the airport bus stop. Furthermore, the rooms come with a massive balcony, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening or simply taking in the views.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and bright, with a safe for my belongings. The staff, including the friendly family who runs the place, were always willing to help with anything I needed. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants, right in the center of this city, and within walking distance to all the hotspots.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
